The name “Juslyn” was created by combining the first part of Perry’s daughter’s name, Justine with the last part of Carolyn’s name. The 700-800 cases of Juslyn wine produced each vintage is the end result of the meticulous efforts of its talented vineyard and winemaking team. Together they produce a Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Blend wine of striking complexity, deep concentration, and substantial structure, garnering consistent praise from Robert Parker over 23 vintages, with ratings as high as 98+ over the years. Due to the elevation, the vineyards receive the moderating effects of the fog which typically burns off in the summer by mid to late morning. The wine is sold through a direct-to-consumer distribution channel and wholesale distribution channels at $210 per bottle for their Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon and $100 per bottle for their Perry's Blend, offering an attractive income flow.
